Hey, so I just wanted to clarify something. It's perfectly fine to ban evade through the use of alts, right? Even if you continue to break rules as long as it's not the specific rule that ended up being the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak?

If you are allowed to get unlimited accounts banned, is it not an issue to allow the user to continue to post? I mean, that means that there are no real punishments at all for rule breaking.

If I've misunderstood the rules regarding ban evading using alts, I apologise. I've actually seen F Mods actually refer to alts of people banned as the original account, so it's not as if it's just a "we can't detect alt accounts" issue. So does that mean that there are actually no real consequences for breaking rules on the forum?

Can you show me where in the rules it says that?
Going based on the actions of forum moderators. I don't think anyone is naive enough to say that the F Mods don't allow this to happen. I'd just prefer to get clarification as to what is/isn't allowed.

Well, what do the rules say about it?

If it's against the rules, it must be listed in the rules, right?
There are unwritten rules.

Also, do you think that what I outlined in the OP is perfectly fine? Yes or no?

Anyway, I'm actually seeking clarification from people that actually know something regarding forum moderation. Also it's undeniable that it's time for you to leave.

Thanks for the bump though!

Do you honestly believe that?

If it's not a written rule, then how can anyone be expected to adhere to it?

If you can't expect people to adhere to it, as it's not a written rule, is it really a rule at all?

You didn't address post at all, you just responded with flamebait.

Is that how you conduct your threads? You flamebait people engaging in the topic?
Zero flamebait has been posted.

If you are unwilling to actually contribute to the thread then it's best for you to leave. Thanks for your understanding and for leaving.

I have engaged in the thread topic. You responded with flamebait. As the OP, that's not a good way to conduct your thread.
