All ranks are earned by showing loyalty to the clan & by following our activity system. Activity is a measure of how much PvM you do, with focus being given to interacting with clanmates. You'll need 100 activity points to rank up once, and 200 points to rank up a second time. Here's some examples of how you may gain activity points:
Attending a clan event: 10 points
Recruiting a new member: 20 points
Tanking a boss trip: 15 points
Bumping the forum post: 2 points (max of 10 bumps per day and leave at least 10 minutes between bumps)
Here's a brief rundown of each rank:

° Only ranked members may attend PvM trips
° Clan members who die or DC while on a trip are still entitled to drops obtained within 15 minutes of the death or DC. Any raid special loot is only required to be split if the disconnected player entered the Olm fight.
° Drops go to the highest ranked member at the end of the trip for splitting.
° Drops are split at the GE immediately after the trip ends, unless otherwise agreed on by all members beforehand.
° Tanks always get boots, shards and steam battlestaves.
° Ironmen are always considered FFA when raiding.
° Determine which items will be split in a trip BEFORE the trip has started.
