Just my opinion, I think it would be great to transfer skills from RS3 to OSRS and vice versa, some people don't like starting over on certain skills. Gives players at least a head advantage of OSRS or vice versa..Of course a great way for Runescape as a Organization to be making alot of money as well...Charging per skill transfer, for example

RS3 acc 99 Wcing- transfer to 99 wcing to Osrs for "$$$" (Whatever Price is reasonable)

Im saying this only because alot of folks quit when EOC came about, before EOC you had at least a over 100,000 players each day logg on, Im suggesting a skill transfer only because people are use and more satisfied playing with the old rather than new.

Thank Yaw,

Skill transfers aren't going to happen. Everyone started over from scratch and it would devalue the grind many other players before you have already put in.

Players would just AFK Runespan to 99 runecrafting on RS3 then pay money to move their 99 to Old School where it's so much harder to train.

Merging the two games skills is never going to happen.

Lmao you never know, they can just set it to transferring only 1 time, one skill only or more..So what you just said was invalid and only an opinion...not an actual fact.. Yesh yesh yesh...:@

They've said before they wouldn't offer it due to the fact it would devalue our current progress and 99's. No.

"Im suggesting a skill transfer only because people are use and more satisfied playing with the old rather than new."

Opinion. Your suggestion is based off of your opinion. Don't throw your opinion into it and get upset when people offer theirs.

"This isn't something we will ever offer. Many Old School players have put a tremendous amount of time and effort into building up their accounts. Allowing accounts to be transferred from RS3, a game with far higher experience rates, would completely undermine the accomplishments of every Old School player"

I understand a tiny bit where you're coming from, as I have quit the game for a long, long time mid-2009, with all my skills at 99 and almost 850 million overall xp. Came back for a short while to try dungeoneering and then quit for good.

In old school, everyone started anew though, many people have already managed to get their max totals back, allowing people to just copy stats from rs3 would be very unfair.

Just start over, trust me, people lost multiple times more than you and they don't cry.

Going to say no support on this one. If something like this was in place, then it would have needed to be in place either when the OSRS game was released, or shortly after. It's far too late now to do this as many have spent a lot of time and hard work getting to where they are now. There's also the issue that gaining XP in RS3 is a lot faster than OSRS, so one could max their RS3 account and then transfer it to OSRS. Whereas a strictly OSRS only player would spend a lot longer getting the same achievement which simply just isn't fair

i have not logged in to my rs3 account (or rather, i never played rs3) since a very long time ago
technically i would enjoy if my skills could be moved over from a "not logged in account" to a new osrs account because it basically means i ignore the existence of rs3 (which i dislike)

however, i am enjoying playing osrs from level 1, i like the grind.. i am a little sad i have to do it all over again but.. i am very good at it so i will get it all back

I may try to write in to jagex and say "hey look i never benefited from the high exp in rs3 would you consider it" but I actually don't know if they would even reply
