I have some issues with Lumbridge and recent events bound to it:
- After a battle between gods the city is still defended by level 18 guards.
- After a battle between gods their are no wandering soldiers from the battle left. Why is that, never see a wars that ended without not a single guy (ok 1 guy in the pit) that sayed in the battle zone. I add least expected some saradomin warriors wandering arround the area and maybe some demons hiding underground.

The city is still under siege from level 1-3 goblins. Uhm the city was almost destroyed and they still aim into that direction... Now even their god Bandos is killed, uhm if I was a goblin I would hide in a cave (this actually is one from one of the old tutorials) add this point. The funny thing is that is no gate so I could run to the dessert where Zaros rules. However as a goblin I would rather go their than facing Saradomin or Armadyl that just killed my God than try to run into Lumbridge again. Or I could go up and seek help with the Zamorak priests near varrock.

In order todo the lore justice goblins should be clearing out the old mining cave and hide themself out their. Hell maybe even starting a underground village. Maybe even increase their combat level a little. They just survive a war and it's not like I'm going to get in lumbridge till I'm 20 combat or something. I will probally be wearing steel by the time I get their. With all these events and lore wise Lumbridge is no longer a place where newbies set their first steps. The environment should reflect everything what is happend their. Having a large hole is nice but the city and everything interact arround it is still the same. Where is Saradomins influence in all of this. Shouldn't their be white knights running arround now he claimed the land.

- After a battle between gods the city is still defended by level 18 guards.

Pretty sure they don't have a combat level anymore. Either way, combat lvls really are irrelevant for deciding in-universe strength. They got a massive equipment update and increased training. You might see Rune as "Noob armour", but to NPCs it's pretty much the best thing money can buy. Anything above it is mythical.

Lumbridge even got a magical shield to protect it during BoL. It's one of the best defended towns in the game.

If any demons stayed behind they would have been killed by now and the White Knights' primary concern is Asgarnia, not Misthalin. They're not going to hang around the battlefield years after it ended.

Not really under siege. The goblins don't actively attack the west side of the Lum so it's more like pests occupying an abandoned part of town. I honestly doubt the goblins care enough about Bandos' death to flee. Especielly when he died in another kingdom, by another god than the one prominent where they live. As for the mine, that's the new HAM hq now. And Zaros doesn't rule the desert.

You mean like the 200+ year old church dedicated to him? He can't claim land that's already his.

Zaros does not rule desert. He currently rules pretty much nothing

AND I am pretty sure king Roald could count it as an invasion or something if they stayed behind and it could affect their diplomatic relations
NO
I do not ship ZamorakxZaros.
I follow them. And Marimbo, the best t5 god.

By what? It often seems like we are the only people capable of killing any big monsters

That battle is over.

The Zamorakians lost, so they don't want to be there. The Saradominists won, so they don't care about the place anymore.

Only then can they

Hah, far from it. The Temple Knights and The Saradominist Church are very well equipped and would kill any demons who showed themselves in public. Then there's also loads of other adventurers like the Signature Heroes, the armies of Misthalin and Asgarnia who could probably teleport in, the wizards from all the magical institutes around the world...

I am still pretty sure that we are the only temple knights required to slaughter thousands of black knights...

Even though Burthorpe & Taverley have since become a new player hub, Lumbridge will still remain a low level zone. I don't see that changing in the future. TFW You can't decide between support Zamorak or Zaros.
