Compared to the amount of divine energy that are in actual gods that construct was nothing. I'd consider it fairly impressive that creature born from such a small fraction of the gods' power was that formidable actually. I mean, it was pretty much invulnerable to physical attacks, and it survived a ludicrous amount of electricity surging through its body. All that from a being that's less than 1% of a god (if we're being generous). I'd say it's very similar to Tarshak as far as power goes, though a bit weaker.
