In the centre of Middle Runespan floor is a giant glass suppository masquerading as a tower like thingamajig. Other than trying to grow the universe's biggest cucumber...what is it? O_o Roar Trout, noisiest fish on Gielinor!

I wondered this as well, but apparently its just the Runecrafting Guild. I guess they decided to set up shop in the Runespan -Ascertes, King of all the Hallowlands and the Ever-Chosen of Saradomin.

It's the Runespan and they're wizards. I don't think they need ladders. -
