The Occultist from POP:

-became immortal using a ritual involving twisting the intestines of several sea creatures
-has immense magical powers since youth and was feared by the other soothsayers of the land.
-cannot die from physical weapons nor a ritual to sap her powers + immortality
-killed a wielder of an elder artefact (which MAY suggest she can't be killed by them.)

How does one explain her condition, this eternal life? Is she stronger than a god now not being able to die? What is she even considered now?

She is definitely not a human anymore. She gave up her humanity the moment she defied the laws of life, the basic principles of being an organism: being capable of death. It's almost the same way Armadyl is no longer considered an aviantese but a "god". They have transcended beyond the rudimentary limitations of their race. They are something else now.

I am invincible, a true god with nigh-omnipotence! True gods can't die! And with an eternity to evolve my already strong powers, I will kill the other gods, rule the world, and make the World Guardian my wife/husband! Muahahahahaaa!

But seriously, discuss the questions in red.

I don't consider gods immortal. If they wanted to take their own life, they could (like Seren or Tumeken). Fortunately for Tumeken, he left four pieces of himself (apmeken, crondis, het, and scabaras) so he can resurrect himself when the day comes. The occultist however has tried to kill herself countless times but she has failed.

Also, a god's resilience is tied to their immense divine power. An example, as you said, is Jodudu Otaku. A god could "lower" their defenses to the point where they can be harmed by normal blunt weapons any time for whatever purpose. Jodudu had to channel his defenses to power up the great barrier around the planet. Guthix lowered his guard down because he wanted to die on purpose. The Occultist's immortality however, doesnt seem to leave no matter how much she begs. Even with the most powerful ritual she knew, her curse would not leave

Well we know for a fact that she used her "immortality" to walk through many of Quin's traps without a problem. To quote, her immortality granted her "immunity" towards them. Traps that kill people are probably very gruesome (probably as gruesome as a meat grinder). I imagine spike traps and razor blades like in the Brimhaven agility dungeon. She could probably survive a meat grinder if you put her in one, probably jamming it while being unharmed at the same time.

That's not immortality, that's self-correcting universe theory in action.

I think she meant that when she falls into a meat grinder, Her body stays intact and jams the whole thing because it cannot grind her. Or something

But it is not like we cannot survive deadly traps too...

We'd still take damage from traps. Zuzu however is completely "immune." It's like her body is indestructible like Superman.

I still think she could most definitely be a god, albeit a really low-tier one.

We know that sea creatures are made of divine energy like The Memory. The ritual she used involves sacrificing (possibly absorbing into herself) a few sea creatures. It's totally possible to ascend to godhood purely on absorbing divine energy alone. (Look at Gielinor.)

Zuzu also killed a wielder of an elder artefact. We know that it is possible to ascend to godhood from just being around an elder artefact for a long time(because elder artefacts shed off divine energy.) I believe a jmod said we could even become gods with The Measure, but that would take an extremely long time because it was so weak of a stick.

When Marimbo had the horn, she described the horn as shiny and glowing—a sign that the horn too radiates divine energy :O

Quin has been the current owner of the horn for quite a while. Maybe some of the energy radiating from the horn shed off onto her and was transferred over to Zuzu when she stabbed her in the heart. The divine energy from Quin + the one gained from the sea creatures she used to gain immortality may have been just enough to get Zuzu to low-tier godhood. That is just my headcanon theory.
