Well:

He took it upon himself to remove the corruption in Renmark, unintentionally shattering it.

He established the void knights to protect the world from the consequences of his mistake.

He tried to teach the precursors of the Druids to not worship him, of which only 2 of them got the point (Snix and Snax).

He was the first (and for a long time the only) one to make runes and distributed them as he saw fit. After which he sensed the Dragonkin's curse-link with the stone and refused to make more runes, which led to wars over runestones and worship of him.

This is the major one, IMO.
