Yes, you've seen the title. I am here to reveal the truth.. We Adventurers are a Cywir Elf who has shapeshifted him/herself into a human.

The Elves have sent in many scouts into the East of Gielinor to explore the world beyond Tirannwn. When Prifddinas fell, we were their last hope, we shapeshifted ourself into a human who would return freeing our Elven brothers and sisters.

Haven't you ever wondered why we, the only human, have been able to crystal sing? It is because we're an Elf, it's in our blood. Why did Guthix trust us so much on our first encounter? Because he knew we were once followers of his beloved Seren.

As we set foot into the East and completed many quests, our thoughts on the world around us has changed a lot. We began making our own choices instead of the ones made for us by the Elves. We began showing interests into other deities, we abandoned the path of harmony and some of us even hesitated into restoring Seren.

This is hard to accept, but we are born Elves.

The only Cywir that we know to possess shapeshifting abilities are the ones left on Tarddiad (who gained the ability to transform from jamming crystals into themselves) and Hel**r (whose examine info points to it specifically being a technique he mastered and not inherent to the Cywir).

Because we told him we were trying to put Seren back together, and he had no reason to believe we weren't honest in our intentions?

That is a very bold and wild assertion you are making here. However, your evidence has holes in them.

Haven't you ever wondered why we, the only human, have been able to crystal sing?
You are just making an assumption. We do not know if we are the only human that are able to crystal sing. All humans may only have limited to crystal singing, because how deep out voices can go versus how high the pitch of our voices need to be in order to crystal sing. Where did you get the info that we were the ONLY humans? What if all humans have the ability to crystal sing, albeit only limited capability like in ~ME1.

Why did Guthix trust us so much on our first encounter?
He is a god. He can read our aura, mind and stuff. In addition, on our first encounter in The World Wakes, it is assumed that he already knew who we were from our temporal encounter in The Light Within. In addition, when we truly met him for the first time in TLW, we were already World Guardian, making him see us as different or "special."

I recall from RF 2015, there may be an elite skill that tackles with the concept of shapeshifting. It will require adept knowledge of agility (to adapt to different bodies?), magic, summoning, and maybe hunter/slayer (to understand different animal instincts to mimic them perfectly)? Lord Hel**r may make the perfect skill tutor if it comes true :O

My mom wasn't an elf!

You're right. Your dad was. We're obviously half-elf.

That explains why I care so much for myself. I'm clearly elf-ish.

Geddit? Elf-ish? Selfish?

...

Um, I'll just see my own way out.

We're able to crystal sing really, really badly.

Well I mean.

The elvish ears might hate it, but that crystal is putty in my hands and in the end that's what really matters.

A better theory is that the adventurer might be a long-lost mahjarrat who is presumed dead or the human-mahjarrat offspring of one. Similar to Kharshai but he experienced Amnesia and remains in human form. Hence he can withstand things like lava, etc.
