I purchased the Gold Premier Club for $89.99 on 12/13/18 and it is now 12/18/18 and I still says there is no membership on my account for RS3 or OSRS. I have sent Jagex an email telling them and haven't heard anything. My card has been charged, so I know the transaction went through. Has this happened to anyone else? I don't know what to do.
What display name is the confirmation email addressed to? It will be addressed to the display name of the account you bought membership on. If it is not the display name of the account you want, it means you bought membership for the wrong account.
Also, there should be a confirmation message inside the account in 'Messages'.
