When you press the wrong ability and try to correct yourself by pressing the correct ability (even though there's AT LEAST 1 tick, up to a second worth of time before the next ability can be cast due to global cooldown) it won't register that command and will fire off the first one you pressed.
Can you make it override previous inputs until the tick where the ability goes off?
It works for me, but there's ticks before an ability gets unqueued so clicking the same basic to unqueue is just unwise. It's like you can transfer queue after a tick but if the spinny animation is there sometimes it's still cast. Better off queueing what you want to use next or what you're channeling now and pray that you're lucky.
When surge is on a diff bar then main. It will trigger if you spam it the first time. But after it cools down you will surge again even after you all ready use a bunch of ability when fighting. That's only of you have ability queing on. What the OP is talking about is when you use full manual and you go on global cooldown you have 1.8 seconds before the next ability goes off. If in that 1.8 seconds you were to hit say wrack and impact, with wrack being the first one you hit, and with both abilities already being off cooldown at the start of global cooldown, the one that would fire off would be wrack, even though you hit impact after it.Why no game balance in RS3 Jagex || VN discussion Thread
The opposite of Justice is simply another Justice. What is Evil is subjective to each person.
It goes both ways. If you have queuing on, you do what you said and you can instantly queue another ability after using another. For example, I hit Deep Impact, then in that same tick I then hit Wrack to queue that up instantly.

So there's uses for how it works currently. I'm sorry if this sounds rude or if I'm missing your point, but I don't understand why you're talking about queuing or how that effects non-queuing full manual. I don't see anything wrong with this behaviour for queuing btw.
But doesn't that mean the system is capable of recognizing multiple commands in under a tick of time? If so, then all that needs to be done is for it to override the previous one instead of keeping it locked in, right?
Not sure if this is the same thing, but annoying af while slaying :/
I click Wild Magic and then Asphyxiate, it launches Asphyxiate and queues WM, so that WM cancels Asphyx halfway through...Click here to support my idea to make the Chronicle Absorption prayer useful!
