it all started i was scrolling through facebook and saw a PAID legit looking ad for double xp so i clicked on it and signed in realizing it was a fake page, so i quickly tried to change my password but was denied due to not having access to the actual email i made in 2011, so i tried to recover my account to change it, locking my account and my recovery was denied? even tho i have credit card info, account info reciept numbers ect.. i only recently started playing agina from 2015 so i cant really remember my informtation from 2011, ive spend 100 dollars plus recently on treasure keys and even have the order number for that i put it in there still denied????? HELP!!!!!! i Know whats in my bank and items ect, when it says down the bottom additional information what should i write?? this is really terrible i cant lose my account over this..

Have you looked into the denied reply to see what their reason are for a deny ?

How fast do the deny reply arrive ? less then 5 min or longer then 15 min ?

Another advice i would give you , is not to use any information you used just before you gave your information away , since that is known by the hijacker.

Look into the Denied password reset support page , where you can get a good idea of what kind of information you need to provide.

I am having trouble recovering a old account. Every time I answer the recovery questions and submit I am installs denied is there anyway to contact Jagex directly Instead of just filling out recovery questions and being denied? Matt lee

Their are no other ways to contact Jagex regarding your problem.

Recovery questions are not so importen any more , we can't set them up any more or alter with those we did have set up , but the can be used in your recovery attempt with the other information you need to provide.

Look into Denied Password Reset support page , where you will get a pretty good idea of what kind of information you need to provide.

Since you get a instantly deny , is that really not a good sign

@PureMonk10 - try contacting using reddit or twitter. I've had the same issue before in the past, and I was able to speak to a JMOD directly to help sort out the issue, and have everything corrected.

That is a terrible advice , if he even are lucky to get a reply by them , would they only advice him to contact them trough the support pages or sending him back to the forums. ;)

What you did in the past , was something you did in the past , a lot have changed over the years about contacting J mods about account issues.
