Just curious, does Jagex send emails out when you become a member. I recently got one, and it showed all the info about what I paid ect. I got another email following but from a sligh different email saying I changed my email address. When I checked my account for my email I notice i have a email linked to my account that I own but forgot about. Itĺs not even the account I got the email confirming my membership and what I paid?

You can have registered email (where Jagex contacts you ) different from email log in.

Is that what your asking?

Make sure your email is secure using 2f.

I only remember getting emails about payments thru my account support center.

Regardless never click links on emails sent to you just to be safe.

Hey Tie Man Jr.

If those emails do have your name (Tie Man Jr) in them , then are the legit , but if your display name are not in them are the fake.

So don't press on any links and such if your display name are not mention in that email.

The payment confirmation email is sent to the email you enter in the page when you make your payment.
This email does not have to be the registered email, it can be any email at all.

You have found out that your preferred email is not the registered email of your RS account.
To change the registered email, go to the Changing your registered email support page and follow the instructions.

If the email has some sort of 'cancel' option, then it is a fake phishing email, NOT sent by Jagex. In this case, do not click any links.

Is your Display name in those emails ?

If Yes , then is they real and you need to figure out whom else got access to your account.

If No , then are they fake , Jagex will always have your display name in those emails they do send out to us.
