I don't have gold premier forum access on this account although I have upgraded to Gold Premiere more than a month or two ago.

I am not the only person, several players have been waiting much longer.

I'm also irritated to be told to log on to Twitter to get customer support for the RuneScape forums. This seems broken to me.

Can't we have a way to get support for the RuneScape forums on the RuneScape forums? I don't want to use Twitter for support for the RuneScape forums, it makes no sense to me to have to use a third party website for a RuneScape VIP forum access. I'd rather contact billing and complain than log on to Twitter, since this could be considered a billing issue not getting some of the customer benefits for having Gold premier.

Jagex should either maintain their own forums with Jmod presence and customer support, or shut them down.

While I agree you have a point to some degree, I still want VIP forum access on this account.

P.S. I just saw a post from CM Brandon on another thread I didn't know he replied to saying he would talk to someone who could add me 13 days ago, still not added.

I sent a support ticket so maybe that will get me added to the VIP forum on this account. Just because I know I probably won't win the prizes from the VIP giveaway threads, doesn't mean I don't want to be able to try on each account I have VIP members on.
