Ive entered a lot of information regarding my request, sometime i get denied for recovery answers and Passwords, sometimes it just get denied with no reason saying there was not enough information to link with me with the original owner... i mean cant they see if my account is locked, i am the only one recovering that i might be the original owner?
How ever the replies take from 1 hour to 5 hours they are never 15 mins or 1 minute instand..
i am really frustrated i have to go through this all just cause my account was hijacked but the hijacker could not get on due to me having authentication + bank pin, i need help guys please this is annoying me

An account is not handed over to a player just because they are the only one trying to recover.
If it was that simple, hijackers would find it very easy to get access to accounts they had no right to.

If your recovery attempts are taking one hour or more to be replied to, it is an encouraging sign.
It means you have a good amount of basic information about the account, you just need to add a bit to convince the JMod.

It is at this point that the 'Other Comments' box becomes important.
Use 'Other Comments' to list:
* names of other accounts you own (display names)
* address changes during the life of the account (town/state/country only)
* any emails you have had linked to the account
* any addtional payment information you want to mention e.g. Bonds purchases, Runecoins purchases etc.

Recovery answers:
Jagex has on file every recovery Q/A you have ever set, including any you set for JAG (Jagex Account Guardian).
Even if you don't recognize the questions you can see, enter answers that you know you set as they can all be checked.
If you put silly answers when you set the recoveries, say so! You can say things like "the answer is keyboard spam" or "the answer is a number". <- this can be checked and will show that you know what the answers look like even if you don't remember the correct answer.

This is insane, i just do not recall the transaction id, i provided them pay by phone setup date, THE IP that was used doing that transaction, The phone number used the billing address, and yet they say info is incorrect, yet im solid sure all info is 10000% correct, my account is locked after it was hijacked and botted on to result in perm ban, i appealed it and they locked it, i am really helpless.. i do not know what to do, i hate this game already, i have been a loyal member since 2005... yet this to happen to me.. nice very nice.

The only information from a transaction that is of use is:
* who paid
* how they paid
* contact email entered with the payment
* postcode of payer <- this is the only billing address information asked for
* credit/debit card number (if used) - first 6 and last 4 digits only
* transaction id

The ip the payment was made from cannot be checked.
If you paid by phone/sms, the phone number also cannot be checked. Jagex don't possess this information to be able to check the phone number.

i sent one request after they told me creation password was wrong, that was the only reason, and this request took more than 24 hours right now??? still no reply... im confused what is wrong, please let a jmod help me here!

It can take Jagex up to 48 hours to respond to an account recovery appeal.
The time delay is really only caused if there is a big backlog of appeal requests.
However there is one thing to consider - you might have typo'd your return email address in this last appeal and the response has gone out to a typo'd email.

All you can do in this situation is wait out the 48 hours then re-send the same recovery if you don't get a reply.

JMods don't respond to account recovery forum posts due to the sensitivity of the information that needs to be discussed.
