I have authenticator enabled on my account and broke my old mobile phone. Now i have installed authenticator app on my new phone but i cant get these codes for my account. I can probably log in for 2 more weeks because im on trusted device which is my pc but after that my account is gone. Is there anything i can do? Also i have 13 years old email address which i dont even remember so should i just move on with life and get a new hobby instead?

Hey J E N titan.

You need to disable your old Auth and set it up again on the new device :)

Look into this page :
https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/206154529-Disabling-the-Authenticator

About your email issue would i suggest you to look into this QFC : 408-409-968-66033700

I am pretty sure that Malua's guide are your issue explained and how to solve it with doing a full recovery.

You will not lose your account ;)

But you need to do a full recovery of your account , when it ask if this is your email (hint) , then say No , then should you be directed to a form where you start your recovery proces :)

I would suggest you to look into this page :

https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/205982841-Your-email-is-old-inaccessible

You can't do anything before you get that email problem sorted , either doing a recovery by the email provider or doing a full recovery of your RS account.

It feels stupid im logged in game knowing i can play max 1 week until it asks me authenticator code again. Also knowing i have like 10 years old email address set to my account and i dont have Access to it anymore. Impossible to recover account or disable authenticator.

Why can't you recover your RS account ?

Did you try it and it got denied ?

If Yes , how fast did the deny reply get back to you , pretty fast or 30 min or longer?

Yes denied 3 times got denied in less than 1 minute after i submit it. Cant remember all payments exactly because account is old. Its age is half of my age. Provided all info i can about it, only had 1 password. Been inactive half of accounts life span. how could i remember every detail which i fill in this form while creating account 10 yrs ago.?

Hi there
J E N titan

While you still have game access, login and talk to Hans in Lumbridge.
Hans will tell you exactly how old your account is.

Can you remember the creation ISP?
If you cannot, ask family members to help.
If you did not create the account from your home you will be in more difficulty as you need the creation ISP.

You should know the creation location - absolutely no excuses for not knowing this.

Only ever having had one password is a very bad idea.
An account needs a minimum of four passwords set at different times to assist in the recovery process.
If your account was ever hijacked, it would be unrecoverable if it had only one password.
Additionally, changing the password a few times during these past years would have made you keep the registered email up to date. :P

Payment information: does not need to be complete but DOES need to be about the earliest payments made.
You should know who paid, how they paid and their email and postcode.
You might no longer know the transaction id or card numbers but you must supply the rest of the information and it has to be from the earliest payments.
