I have authenticator enabled on my account and broke my old mobile phone. Now i have installed authenticator app on my new phone but i cant get these codes for my account. I can probably log in for 2 more weeks because im on trusted device which is my pc but after that my account is gone. Is there anything i can do? Also i have 13 years old email address which i dont even remember so should i just move on with life and get a new hobby instead?
Yeah so i will lose my both accounts in 2 weeks time because i enabled authenticator. Theres no way to recover that fucking email address when i dont even remember what it is. All i see is **********.gmail.com ? Made this email account 13 years ago

It feels stupid im logged in game knowing i can play max 1 week until it asks me authenticator code again. Also knowing i have like 10 years old email address set to my account and i dont have Access to it anymore. Impossible to recover account or disable authenticator.
Yes denied 3 times got denied in less than 1 minute after i submit it. Cant remember all payments exactly because account is old. Its age is half of my age. Provided all info i can about it, only had 1 password. Been inactive half of accounts life span. how could i remember every detail which i fill in this form while creating account 10 yrs ago.?

While you still have game access, login and talk to Hans in Lumbridge. Hans will tell you exactly how old your account is.
Can you remember the creation ISP? If you cannot, ask family members to help. If you did not create the account from your home you will be in more difficulty as you need the creation ISP.
You should know the creation location - absolutely no excuses for not knowing this.
Only ever having had one password is a very bad idea. An account needs a minimum of four passwords set at different times to assist in the recovery process. If your account was ever hijacked, it would be unrecoverable if it had only one password. Additionally, changing the password a few times during these past years would have made you keep the registered email up to date.
Payment information: does not need to be complete but DOES need to be about the earliest payments made. You should know who paid, how they paid and their email and postcode. You might no longer know the transaction id or card numbers but you must supply the rest of the information and it has to be from the earliest payments.
