Do you know, I get this as well.. I have no solution, but I'll share my thoughts in case it adds an insight to your own troubleshooting.
In my case, it's intermittent enough that I've given up trying to figure out the cause.. but I'm not entirely sure it's instigated by the RS client as such, as it's happened playing other games as well, or even just watching videos. Any demanding task, to be honest. Doesn't seem to be heat related, though I tend to feel it becomes more likely if I've been running my machine for a long time. This said, I've seen it happen within ten minutes of a re/boot as well.
An unhandled crash like that (no bluescreen) to me suggests a core hardware issue with memory, processor or motherboard. In my case, it's persisted across several graphics cards; I don't plan to replace my core machine to try and resolve the issue. I have stripped my machine down and rebuilt it, twice, however, to no effect. I've also reinstalled Windows at least three times, and it occurs on every build.
I've tended to lean towards suspecting memory as the culprit, but it's interesting that you tested yours and found no issue.
Not sure if there's much commonality in our machines, other than OS. I'm also using a Samsung EVO SSD, but a larger capacity than yours.
