So after i updated my app ,all seems normal at first but when i played killed lots of dust devils bursting them,and when i was about to loot all i can see is Examine and the lower parts of the drops i cannot loot the higher parts anymore and it prioratizes the Examine and lower parts also pleaseee have a scroll option for many drops its soo frustrating please fix this i dont want to wait a month for you guys to fix this , for me this is a huge issue because this issue or bug has a huge impact on gameplay on mobile because its affecting the looting text box system!

What is the issue?: when looting the examine bar covers the pick or take bar

Im using iphone x, ios while playing osrs.

A couple of days ago i noticed that when i get a kill with lots of stuff on the ground, i cant chose what to pick up. I can only pick up the first thing by tapping the pile., beacouse when i long tap the pile of stuff it shows the bottom end only, so all i can do is examine the stuff on the ground. If i start to pick stuff up tapping the pile, when the pile gets smaller it shows the option to take a couple of the last Items. I hope ull fix this bug soon. I cant play like this.

We are still having the same problems. U have not fixed the issue. I Play osrs only on mobile devices. Im a paying customer and i will quit my subscrition soon if this will not be fixed, o cant play like this. We are still waiting for a response.

What is the issue?: When I go to pick up muti stack items the example take over so
Have to reduse the pile by a lot to choose what I want to pick up.
Where is the issue?: Anywhere a lot of items are stack on each other
Does restarting the client fix the issue? No it won't. Nor does uninstalling and reinstalling

What is the issue?: Rune mysteries quest. Key does not work when I try and unlock the door. It keeps bringing up the same message that I have unlocked it, but I can't enter. Have dropped the key and used the organ to obtain a new one and have run into the same issue.
Where is the issue?: Old tower entrance

Today I got my level 3 account banned. The reason was for macroing. The thing is that I never used any software otherwise than the OSRS client en the client on mobile. I made this account the day before New Years eve and I have 2 weeks vacation at the moment and decided to get a quick 99. I chose cooking. Got 99 cooking today and made the decision that I wanted to train fletching next. I did fletch some darts by clicking quick on my mobile touch screen. Now I wanted to login and my account is disabled. I DONT wanna offend you, but you are making a mistake. And the biggest mistake was by me, I could have know that this was maybe detectable on your systems.

I made a apeal and hope Jagex wil respond and have a closer look on it.

I also read on the forums the following things:

But there is no evidence!
Jagex may or may not show evidence to you.
This could be because they assume that you already know what you did wrong.
It could also be because they don't want you to find out exactly how they found out.
Jagex will not provide evidence in certain cases e.g. where a macro script writer could use the information to improve their macro script to make it 'undetectable'

You never show the prove of that I was macroing. Because I NEVER did. If you will have a closer look you will see that I NEVER used other client that OSRS client and mobile.

Also this:

My account was banned by mistake/there was no offence committed at all!
All bans get a follow up check within 24-48 hours after the ban has been placed.
The follow up check is done by a second JMod, just to check that the previous JMod made the right call.
If the account has been banned by mistake, it will be picked up at this point and the ban removed (no appeal necessary).
If you find your account remains banned beyond the 48 hour mark, it means there was no mistake, an offence was committed on your account.

I hope the right J mod will look at it.
