Hello, I have revisited Runescape after almost 8 years, after I saw that it is available on mobile devices as well. It is Old School RuneScape I am talking about. I have my old account here, and my question is, if it is possible to transfer my old RS account which is currently working with new RS engine, to Old School RS, to be able to play it on my phone and PC as I would like to. I have been using membership and spent a lot of time with my account. I thought it has been somehow deleted from database, and to my surprise, it is still here! I am glad, I managed to simply log in and check the bank and lot of good memories appeared. New RuneScape looks very good, but it is too differrent of what it used to be, when I played it, so I would like to play the Old School one, which is very cool that we can play on mobile devices today, and it also works on PC! I would be very thankful if the transfer is possible, I am aware that there may be sort of items or skills, that were not the thing on the patch the Old School RS is working on, I would sacrifice that with no issues.
I am looking forward for your answer.

It isn't possible to transfer progress between the two games as they are totally different. When OSRS was launched back on February 22nd, 2013, everyone had to start from scratch. Any progress that you had should be on RS3.

You can swap your wealth between the two games via player-to-player trust trading, but beyond that and the fact that membership on an account is shared on both games, you can't transfer anything else. Swapping is allowed by Jagex, but be careful if you decide to try it; if you get scammed, Jagex won't help you. Do your research and don't trust just any swapper out there.

I have new acc on OSRS, how much different is the OSRS compared to actual old RuneScape from the 2007 era?

Very different, it's nothing more than a bastardization of RS3 and RS2 because it's taken elements from RS3 and been applied to OS - so essentially makes it a graphically subpar version of RS3, which makes it a stretch to call it comparable to the RS2 era in my opinion as it has things that weren't around during that time.

Agreed OSRS is subpar..come back to rs3 the real game.

Thank you for your answers.
Unfortunatelly, it is not very much likely I will play RS3, the OSRS is more appealing for me, cause of availability on phones, and sort of sentimental stuff. So I will continue to play on my new account, but I dont see it very perspective to play it for longer time, cause I have been through all that stuff anyway.

PS: sorry for double answers, thanks for erasing them.
