Besides this question itself, but the best place to forum the questions, if they follow the terms closely but ask about nothing personal, is it okay to gain some insight, when someone is answering the community to try to help them out better, including Jagex, players and mods?

EX
Where can I post good questions?
Asking questions is Okay as long as they are appropriate?
Will Tuffty ever share his tea?
Those are not the questions though.

That depends on what the questions are about. If they are RuneScape (RS3) related general interest questions, they can be posted here. More specific RuneScape game questions, such as asking for help with a quest or advice on gear are more appropriate for the RuneScape Guides and Help Forum. If you have questions about Old School RuneScape (OSRS), those are best asked in the Old School RuneScape General Forum. Questions that are not related to RS can be posted in the Off Topic Forum.

Yes. They need to be appropriate and comply with the Forum Rules.

Tuffty has been known to share his tea, but he might not share his biscuits or cookies.

They're Runescape relation question and approriate but also want to ask in the right way while following all the rules, and not trying to break them in anyway or mistakenly and obviously if things happen, the forum can be locked, or removed. Thanks Tren. I'm still not sure how to ask the questions I have though. ~

Tren, they are mainly questions about the rules to identify certain things.

There is a certain reason the rules are ambiguous (meaning why they don't flat out say x,y, & z can't be done). It's so people can't say well you didn't specifically say I couldn't do this in the rules so it must be ok.

Tranq, I understand that. I'm not trying to break rules or enforce breaking them, and have red a lot up on them, but there are so many common things with both sides of runescape, and even the forums, and just want to learn a little more, and I understand for some reason if that question cannot be answered, I wouldn't push it, ~
