been experiencing nothing but rule breaking and problems with the game, jaggex made it extremely hard to contact them then doesnt care about the problems i told them about which according to their rules (contract from jaggex to customer), after finally contacting them they showed me they do not care about their customers.

illegal names, no clipping, many many many bugs in game that can be exploited in oldschool game (mobile and pc) but support@jaggex.com doesnt even work, this is a joke of a company. waste of money if one cant even maintain their game that people pay for

i tried to contact them at support@jaggex.com and i recieved a reply saying it was a invalid email adress, so after a thorrough search through their website and finding no way to contact, i gave up on this game canceled my reoccurring payment (which i payed instead of using bonds out of respect for this long living game which i played through). and posted this post so the community can see what jaggex sees as "top-notch customer service"

investigation also from what ive researched is done all by computer programs and not checked twice by human eye, so nothing will be done to issues that security is already blind too

You can send bug reports to Jagex via the in-game reporting screen. To see how, check the following guide: How to report a bug. This ensures that the reported bug will get to the right team to handle the issue.

Jagex still offers customer support, but it is now done via a ticketing service. This ticketing service is a lot more efficient for Jagex, which is why the support@jagex.com e-mail was abandoned. If you want to receive customer support, you can follow the following link: Customer Support.

Jagex deals with bug reports via the in-game ticketing system only, however, so please be aware of that. Some bugs are considered low priority or not harmful, which might be why they have not been auctioned yet. Jagex first tackles the game breaking bugs before fixing the graphical / non-harmful bugs.

As for reporting names, the in-game reporting system should be used. The support center was not made for these type of issues, as there is already a system for that in-game. More details on display names can be found here: Character Names.

look at the links you sent, a whole bunch of F.A.Q., none of which helps me to show you whats wrong with the game, one of which is your in game report system (in which i used) is useless besides looking for basic patterns/known bugs, so, once again. it seems like jagex doesn't care about the problems in the game in which thousands of people pay monthly for. this is why long term players (such as myself) are turning from the game day to day, for the issues i see, it can be fixed easily by a multi million dollar company (jagex worth 300 million) with a staff of 323 (reported 2016) specifically set aside to this game. as you can see from this moderators response, the game is ran by wind up monkeys who have no interest in anyone but themselves

what a professional would have done here when they see a thread about bugs to their game and a long term customer having trouble contacting support about them would be (take notes jagex) reach out, send me an email, CONTACT ME, or atleast hire people who will actually benifit your company
