I really have a problem.
On the 29th of December 2018, I purchased the Premier (Gold) Club membership prior to when I subscribed to the free week's worth of member's trial when I was on mobile.
Unfortunately now, I cannot access any membeship servers. I do not know why to be honest. I would say that I may be on the wrong account but then it would not make sense for me to be on the wrong account but receving the message of my billing in-game from that particular account I had sought for membership would beg to differ.
On top of that, I received an email indicating that I requested for a cancellation of memberhsip when I did not even do as such. Regardless, I should still be able to access the members servers considering I did not back out on the payment/billing.
I really need someone to help me on this urgently. I posted this on several other threads depending on its relevance of the topic. Every second I do not get to play counts.
Please help me.
