When she was turned into a barrows sister? Is jagex deliberately trying to trick the playerbase who don't do quests? Jagex could at least make her look like a wight on the front page.

She hasn't been turned into a Barrows sister for a huge number of players.

Actually, I think most active RS3 players have already done the quest, and for those who haven't, I don't think they actually know who Linza is (after all, beyond becoming a Wight, Linza is so forgettable).
Here, I'll give you this strawberry if you keep it a secret!
