THIS THREAD WONT DIE ON MY WATCH. MEGA-BUMP.

Also since I don't see much discussion on future quests, I think I might know something about the Monkey and Gnome series. It seems that both quests have broken off of each other, but i believe they will meet again, the gnomes are certainly not done with the monkeys, but I doubt this will be resolved within the Glouphrie storyline, unless Glough really is apart of Arposandra (he looks like one of those ninja gnomes).

But how will we get back into Arposandra? I believe I know how, heres how I believe the beginning of the next Gnome quest would play out, step by step.

1. Bolrie finally stops procrastinating and asks for our help after 5 years (or 6 since I doubt it will be coming out this year).
2. You and him are aware that you blocked off the vent entrance previously, but if you remember in the Path of Glouphrie, before you were almost electrocuted to death in the sewer, there were doors that lead somewhere unknown. Remember in Arposandra, the floor you first entered on had similar looking doors? Playing through recently, I examined the doors and apparently they smell of sewage, meaning they lead back to the sewer. You tell Bolrie this and you set off.
3. You and him acquire rubber boots to avoid the electrocution, kill the terrorbird guards, and break into the city.
From there, a bunch of espionage, fighting, and twists.

Who knows what to expect, but I seriously doubt that this quest wont be the last, unless its grandmaster and had WGS length.

You mean you "doubt that [it] will be the last"? :P

If they keep what is written, the monkies will be getting involved with the Pirates. I don't think the gnomes or monkies will have any more relations, unless it is just slight and getting all of the gnomes on Ape Atoll back. Monkies are branching into Pirates and Desert. Questlines currently. Not to mention Marimbo is back and the Ampikin (Sorry not sure how to spell the name) Is also back. I am really not sure what more the monkies have to offer to the gnomes.

It was said the gnome questline will have 7 parts. We have 6 so far. So the next one is the last.
Tree Gnome Village
The Grand Tree
Monkey Madness
Eye
Path
Prisoner.

And the next one is a master, but plans can change.

I still have yet to find confirmation about it, but I remember everything being said in a video I think. Or a Podcast. Wikia is saying the same thing.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

I could see the monkeys as a way to push the Pirate series, but they really don't have as much connection right now, do they? Even if Do No Evil was really the first time the monkeys got involved in the series, that was because Apmeken was already established.

Personally I was kind of hoping that the Gnome series would tie in with the Elf quests a bit more, especially since Waterfall is required for Roving Elves and Path of Glouphrie, which both led to Prisoner. After The Light Within, we've covered plenty of territory, but I wouldn't really want that to be a prerequisite for any Gnome finale. However, with that series tied up so well, anything with the crystals or Tirannwn and Kandarin can be explored with the gnomes.

Considering how Ballad of the Barrows Brothers is most likely going to be set in Morytania, it's kind of neat to have two major storylines back to back include the area.

Would like to mention that if you count Ballad and River, 7 of the last 15 quests have been related to the undead in one form or another. About 4 or 5 of those have been in Morytania.

Ballad, River, Lord of Vamp, DoD, Dishonor, Nomad's Elegy, and Broken Home.

You could also count Missing, Presumed Death and Death of Chivalry.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

The undead are classically an easy enemy to make.
You can easily justify killing them (again)
You can easily make the character powerful in story with them being the remains of some powerful warrior/mage or they get buffed by the necromancer's power. Sometimes both.
A singular undead character might not be a problem except in the moment or if they are established to be something uber strong (Bone/Zombie Dragon, Arra* personally invading somewhere, Morwenna was even a threat for an out of the way place like Ashdale because they didn't have anything in the way of protection)
Alternatively you make the thread of an undead horde.

Plus you get the whole creep and ick factor.

True, it's not an original character to make as an enemy.

Plus with DoD, it might have been about the undead, but it wasn't so much as them as an enemy, but as a way of life (... no pun intended)
