Bilrach is alive.
Hazeel will be back.
Jerrod is the werewolf and he is a heister.

Didn't they also say something about this quest being/involving/shedding some light on the Floor 61 also? Could be wrong though. *shrugs*

Yeah, it was confirmed the concept art with Zamorak, a hope devourer, Moia and (now confirmed) Bilrach, is F61. If I were to guess, that might be the place we get introduced to everyone on the team before setting out on the heist.

Bogus. Bogus, I tell you.

First of all, Bilrach is dead, period.

Second, Hazeel will come back to players who sided to Hazeel's cult in Hazeel's Cult.

Last, when the hell did Jerrod become a heister when he is a werewolf adventurer?

I watched the livestream, and they outright say that the figure in the Zamorak Heist next to Moia is indeed Bilrach.

They said that Hazeel will be revived for all players, and the quest is actually meant to resolve the problems they've had in using him in quests. I asked Mod Ollie on Twitter, and he told me that Hazeel Cult will be a requirement for the quest, presumably for that very reason.

The quest is going to explain how Jerrod came to be in the position he is now in spite of what happened to him in the books.

Are you sure its Bilrach? I looked at the concept picture for the quest, and that second Mahjarrat is wearing a hood. Bilrach doesn't wear a hood regularly, so I was think its Sliske hiding in the shadows, considering the looks of him.

Really? If Hazeel was revived for players who sided his cult in Hazeel's Cult, how the hell did the cult pull this off without our involvement?

Zamorak revived him, obviously ^^

:O No. We don't see a cutscene like that happen. There's no other way to prove that happened.

While we kill the cultist leader and get the butler spy fired, we didn't actually do anything other than that. The key to the revival of Hazeel still lies upstairs in the Carnilleans house. There's a key to a chest in some crates in the basement where the cook is, if you push the odd wall upstairs you find a secret room with a chest. Using the key on the chest gives you the Hazeel Scroll, which is the thing that allows for Hazeel's revival.

We didn't destroy the scroll, or even find the odd wall nor the key if you sided against Hazeel in the quest, so those things are still potentially there for some other person to find.

Naturally, even if those were destroyed there would be other viable explanations for his revival, just none others that we currently know about.

This.

Think of it like the Siphon Staff of Armadyl situation from WGS. If you didn't side with Lucien in Temple of Ikov, the Staff remains in possesion of the Guardians of Armadyl...and later on in the timeline Lucien recruits Movario to steal it for him.

It'd stand to reason that if you side against Hazeel in Hazeel's Cult, another person is recruited to come along and retrieve the necessary objects to return him somewhere down the line (and off-camera, as well).
