I'm feeling a lot more hopeful about the Seren Quest.

It seems Raven took over from Ollie before any dialogue had been written, and Ollie's mostly responsible for critical path and hopefully some puzzle/fight mechanics (which he excels at).

While Heart of Stone was an okay if lorefully shaky quest, I thought 1oaK was by far the best quest of 2014 (though we also have John A to thank for that), and I still think Vengeance has one of the best stories in Runescape. Raven is very effective at building character arcs, and I think may have the right touch for an exploration of a shattered psyche.

Still fingers crossed that it doesn't ACTUALLY involve Seren returning.

There is some consistency error in the first few posts on your thread with the date of release for the Goebie Quest. Says September at one point, then October the next.

The BTS video basically confirmed Seren returning in the quest I think. Because they confirmed that she will have a new look.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

Whoops! That was some really outdated text, haha. Fixed :)

All that means is that we see Seren at some point. Not necessarily that it's in the here and now.

More potential quests, but with less information are...

-Rite of Passage
-Gnome quest
-Pirate Quest
-Penguin IV
-Sir Owen 2
-Floor 61 quest
-God Sagas
-Slayer Master quest
-Fate of the Gods 2
-Vampyre Finale

Hype for all of these... EXCEPT THAT ONE.

I think it's understood that she's coming back together. How much together that means, who knows. She might be an insane goddess, but I think that, considering the fact they put effort into creating her new design, she'll be here to stay.

But what do I know, they designed V and killed him off in the same quest.
Don't look to hard.

I don't think they will kill off someone as big as Seren. V was basically a no body.

Bandos was a big character, but he did already have an entire questline already. But I guess Seren indirectly did as well.

I am not even sure Seren or Zaros can be killed. I think the are truly immortal. Seren blew herself up in millions of pieces and is still alive and Zaros had basically all his energy drained by Zaros, but is also still alive.

I just don't see them killing such a big character off this early. Not to mention I do not think Gaga Lady would want that and he is helping them with it a bit.

Why do you have the sequel of Death to Chivalry so much?
