I question why you'd suggest using real world metals like tungsten, titanium, and chromium when we already have adamantine. Kinda feels like a step back to me, since adamantine was used to chain gods and kill the father of the Titans.

And I'm more inclined to go for something original to RS, like the original proposal's t70 ore, necronium, or standard in Tolkien fantasy (Orichalcum), than stealing a concept from a single anime.

But an enhancement system would utterly RUIN this game...and I stress this.
If we were to make POP's armor enhanced or into an "ultimate" product...PVE would become revolved around that instead of the skills we already have acquired...
I've seen many games take this turn, and guess where they are sitting? In the realm of forgotten.

I'm confused, how exactly would PVE be ruined?

The best gear would come from combining +5 skill created gear with PVM acquired gear of an equivalent level.

So rather than a barrows or GWD set being the best gear for level 70 defense, you'd still need one of those sets, but you'd also have to combine it with pieces of +5 necronium (t70) armor. The net demand remains the same, if not increased, and the final product is even more valuable should it be used in PvP.

sorry but what ore is for drygore weapon if there is lol

Under the proposal for the rework as we know it, Drygore weaponry would be considered artifact gear (u*craftable and superior stats to player created gear) and would thus not be created via smithing.

There is currently nothing from Jagex as to ores above lvl 70, but the players in the thread Smithing & MIning: Rework! have proposed various forms of dangerous skilling in order for such ores and bars to be added later.

That being said, when a t90 ore eventually comes out, it would be used to make t90 metal items. These items could then be combined with an identical item to create a better version of the item up to five times (2 swords make a sword +1, 2 sword +1s make a sword +2, and so on up to +5). The final +5 item could then be combined with the equivalent piece of artifact gear.

To put it all together I'd go mine enough ore to make 32 t90 maces (through whatever means such ore is added). I combine these maces into a single t90 mace +5. I then combine the t90 mace +5 with a main-hand drygore mace to get a masterwork t90 mace which would be stronger than the drygore used to make it.

This economy is already wrecked thanks to various things that were added in game and converted to pure GP by coinshare.
When items like Gores were being introduced...coinshare trashed our economy...so, it honestly doesn't matter how you slice it.
I would be satisfied if runite ore drops down to 2k a pop and the value of rune items gets reduced down to say 50% of what it is now as far as alch-value is concerned.

But back on topic ~ "Dragonkin Ore" or Orichalcum...hits the streets, you can see dragon items get dropped down to what rune current sits at. I mean...D Plate shards dropping from TD's as well as all the other dragon goods that drop...INCLUDING pickaxes...could drop in price unless we're going to only get a minor...small...variable table of items that we can smith...then whats the point?

I paid 340k for my d hatchet, and 11m for my dpick...both are now crystal tools.
Are we going to see D hatchets and D picks on the smithing table? I hope so.

Short answer: no.

Long answer: Under the original concept for the rework, dragon would be considered artefact gear and would therefore be unsmithable by players. Instead, players would smith Orichalcum armor and tools. These could be combined in the same '+' system described earlier (2 basic makes a +1, 2 +1s make a +2, and so on up to +5). The +5 item could the. Be combined with its corresponding piece of dragon equipment (so a +5 Orichalcum pick axe can be combined with a dragon pickaxe) to make a masterwork version of that item, with superior stats to either of its components.

I think it would be interesting if t90 or t100 smithable armor was some kind of enhanced Rune. Call it however you want, but it would look similar to Rune, perhaps more glowy or something. It would bring back the "Rune" to "RuneScape", plus it would be cool to see a form of runite being the highest level material again in 2016.

The 'Rune' in Runescape is the magical runes we use in casting spells. This was explained explicitly in the Meeting History quest.
