1) Draco has a point.
The only times you come closest to training multiple activities at once (outside of combat):
- VoS on Hefin and you do Agility Course there
- Barbarian Heavy Rod Fishing
- Cremating Bones on bonfires
- Crafting Gizmos in Invention
Even then, you don't have situations where you do 2 gathering activies at once ... which is where most of the elite outfits reside
Note: I mean a LITERAL "at once". The only other situation I can think of is if you are on an uncharted isle in The Arc. But you have bank access there so you can just switch out between the relevant outfits, since again, you're only able to do 1 skill at a time.

2) Jagex has said multiple times they won't do this for a mix of tech reasons and it'd be "overpowered"
Plus, with the number of situations now that you'd be having to cover for ... the number of bugs and game breaking situations increases exponentially, especially when you consider the number of skilling outfits in game.
That means you have to take into consideration ... each ... and ... every ... outfit ... combination ...
And we all know how spotty Jagex's QA is.

3) The teleportation would be a nuisance.
Items have a limit to the number of teleport locations you can access.
Each skilling outfit has a number of teleports.
You're trying to tell me that we'd have to have the entire list of teleports to every single location you can access, taking into consideration what quests and outfits you have and have not unlocked.

4) Ties into 3, other teleports would become obsolete.
You know how many teleports there are?
If you reach a certain point in game play, lodestones, teleport spells, most teleport jewelry, teletabs ... all of these become useless as you'd now have 1 set that does all of this.
Granted, that means that you could do some bank cleaning. But it would devalue things like vis wax, etc even further as more and more players now do this 1 thing.

5) We still don't have the Woodcutting and Hunter outfits out. There's the small possibility of other outfits.
That means yet more layers upon layers as to what the outfit could do.

6) Did I mention the QA? Did I mention the possibility of a bug?
This would become one of the most god awful things in the game to test. It'd be even worse than the thought of an update to the PoH the next time they wanted to add something.
The sheer complexity of this 1 item set would just baffle the mind if there was just 1 teeny weeny little issue related to it.
It would take the devs days ... maybe weeks ... to fix. Even then ... they are just as likely to break something else trying to fix 1 issue.

1 - I never suggested anyone would train more than one "1" skill....
2 - Why would it be OP if you can only train one "1" skill at a time?
3 & 4 - Moot Point - There are other items in the game that can be and are combined for similar perks - (Capes, amulets, and a plethora of invention items/augments).
5 - Could be added once obtained.
6 - Your faith in the Devs appears to be lacking....

What would be the point of an all in 1 outfit if you're only training 1 skill at a time?

Whats the need for more than 1 outfit?

Lets say you doing wcing and have this, youd get no extra bonus from any of the other outfits so they are just pointless.

Why shouldn't i be able to get the bonus for farm then herb, or farm and fletch and any other combination...without having to go to a bank to change outfits. This is my point...

Considering you bank often between each of those skill, it wouldnt make sense to.

Thats my point.

With release of oddments, its become much more common way to train agi that way, since its practically free.

Also, I didn't miss the point, I just assumed you wouldn't be so unreasonable as to ask people to switch between outfits every 50 seconds for the SHF proc. I was wrong to assume so...
