Very nice infographic, Mod Infinity. Thanks for keeping the community up to date with your initiatives. I really think that allowing users to have their banned account for botting reviewed was a very good choice. I understand that these players were banned for very serious rule-breaking, but after a while, I believe everyone deserves a second chance.
In 2010, I began my quest to resolve an issue regarding my account. Days passed. Which turned into weeks, months, and years with no response from Jagex. In an attempt to remedy my situation; I started playing on a new character. However, I quickly lost interest. This continued silence was frustrating... And yet I remained hopeful. 2014 came & went As did 2015... and 2016.. Still nothing. It wasn't until late 2017 my first piece of good news arrived! I learned they were finally getting around to my issue! The swiftness in which the Support Team conducted their investigation and supplied me with a solution was outstanding. I want to personally thank the entire Team for their hard work and dedication to player satisfaction.
Wow, great stats! I'm trying to wrap my head around the amount of gold removed from the 5.5m accounts that were banned.
Definitely looking forward to seeing more of these posts.
EDIT: I just want to add that I really like the comparisons made for time with While Guthix Sleeps, the number of banned cheating accounts with Finland's population, and the gold removed from those accounts with skilling supplies and potential xp gains rather than just stating the numbers. It gives good comparisons to understand how much those numbers actually represent.~ Sicariu
