It appears that some posts have been posted in retaliation for conduct elsewhere in the forums. Please read Mod Meadow's opening post on page one and avoid misusing this thread.
BlondieX0X0, I appreciate that you are angered and frustrated by this matter but the matter has been referred to Jagex through appropriate channels. As for FaceBook and Instagram, you can block the user and/or report them to the sites' admin.

Dong U Dead, although the Forum Moderator, who locked your thread, described it as a rant, it is, in fact, a complaint about the conduct of other forumers. As you are aware, that topic is not permitted for discussion in these forums.
If you feel that the action taken by the Forum Moderator was incorrect or unwarranted, you can report the matter to the Forum Moderation Review V2 sticky thread. A Jagex Moderator will investigate your report and take any necessary action.
Before you post in this thread again, please avoid from posting content, that could be deemed as flaming, in your report. Just provide that details, as requested in the opening post. Please avoid using this thread to air your grievances against other players.

Petit Requin, requests for thread locks can only be made by the author or clan owner. As there is no way that you can verify this information in the forums, your request that the thread be closed is denied.
I direct you to the following quote, which is found in the opening post on page one of this thread.

Foxxie, I appreciate that the event is no longer current but there is really no other appropriate feedback forum, where such content can be posted. I have read the thread and cleared the spam, goading and otherwise off-topic remarks, as the OP has invested time in offering solutions to the Raffle problem.
It is apparent that the discussion may be coming to an end. If that is the case, the thread will be closed.
Im So Swole, I know that you and this player have different points of view but there is nothing in the post, upon which Forum Moderators can act. The fact is that PKers have been targeting skillers since the game began.
The best thing to do is to tactfully ignore the posts made, especially if they are posted with the intent of eliciting a negative response.

FisherGaming, I appreciate your concern but, if the content of the thread complies with the Code of Conduct, there is not much that can be done. I would suggest that you ignore this player's threads and find something more worthwhile to read.
If everyone ignored troll posting, then the player will usually find the activity boring and then stop posting nonsensical ideas in the forums.

Gozzzz, many of your recent reports have been about the same player. While action has been taken for some posts, some of yours were also removed, because you too derailed the discussion to target this player, by name calling.
The best thing to do, if a similar situation arises again, is to
the problem posts - don't respond to them. If they are truly inappropriate, please report them here. However, I would avoid accusing others of spamming and trolling in the thread itself.
I appreciate that you are angered and frustrated by what has occurred but this thread is for players to report problems that have occurred in the forums or to request thread maintenance, such as a title change, lock or a move to another forum.
