Seeing as the T&C you have to agree too when using Jagex product I would say T&C.

The CoC is so small due to feedback from the public it need not be there any more. It's too small and does not cover enough to make it viable.

PS. My opinion and not from the Team or Jagex.

The Terms and Conditions state that you have to follow the Code of Conduct, so I daresay that makes Terms the higher priority.

"You must comply with the current version of any rules, guidelines, codes of conduct or instructions specified in any Jagex Product including our game rules, the current version of which is linked to here. The applicable game rules are expressly incorporated into these terms and conditions. Any use of a Jagex Product not in accordance with the game rules exceeds the scope of the license granted by these terms and conditions and is prohibited."

Indeed.

I would tend to feel the same way, however, it would be nice if someone could verify if this is an accurate assumption.

I'd also say that the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) supersede the Code of Conduct (CoC):

"Use of this website is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy."

Prior to making use of this website, we have to agree to the T&Cs which apply to everything we do here on the RuneScape. The CoC is only a small piece compared to the robust T&Cs.

So far, everyone seems to have the same impression that I do.

I still wouldn't mind an official stance on the matter.

So far it seems like everyone agrees that the T&C supersedes the Code of Conduct.

We all seem to be under the same impression here.

I would still love to have an official stance on the matter, just to verify if we are all correct or not.

Sure thing - I'll bring this up, and see if Jagex want to pass on some official confirmation on this.
