Community Help threads I feel should be one of the first things people see when they enter RSOF.

I would like to see this section moved to the top of RSOF.

I have to disagree with you here.

I feel it's better where it is.

It's the same with web sites. You don't have your complaints section right at the top of the page. It's down at the bottom. Becasue Community Help is sort of a complaints section as your customers are seeking help and advice.

I do get what you mean though but for me I'm happy where they are.

Like Tuffty already said, you are missing out / skip 30 SubForums with thousands of threads containing a huge amount of information.
Having a lack of interest in these information also results in a lack of help from Jagex, at least 'urgent' help. Even amongst players this same feeling is shared.

Most websites, if not all, have their contact information at the bottom of the page for a reason. They do not want their main traffic to be complaints and concerns that the customers may have. It's provided to you, yes, but they want it to be as a last resort. I believe the Community Help subforums are fine where they are at.

On the top is a bit too much. I'd like to see the community support inbetween the runescape - community and the OSRS subheaders.

This means people will be less likely to misplace those threads in other forums, as it's higher up. Also kind of helps the idea that those forums cater to both games, since it's between them.

:)

Yes, it needs to be moved up, even under Feedback, Discussion & Suggestions.

They moved OSRS up I feel to make them feel more apart of the community, I dont' feel they need to be moved backed down. There community is just as important as RS3 and being where it is gives that impression. (I could be wrong for the reason it was moved)

Down where it is I feel it's no good. It needs to be up higher, not necessarily at the very top. But where it's easily accessible to the eye.

Community Help Threads are not a negative thing for Jagex, it's a possitive thing - it's good to see a company looking after it's community <- that's a good demon, not bad as some of you seem to feel.
