AGNOR ROTsaid: going over 1 hour and 30mins and still no sign that my premier gold club purchase has activated on my account in game or on account mail , my bank and everything else shows it is cleared and gone through.
The pic you posted is not even for your same account, if you want gold membership for more than 1 account then you have to pay for each. The account you posted for is showing gold membership unless its from last year.
AGNOR ROTsaid: Well its going on 5 hours since i first Sought out help in my case. Im not trying to have Jagex Billing Refund my First order for Premier Gold Membership and have made a New Order under this Name which is what i wanted from the start. I do not play on my alt Momomiyazaki and would not need it to be a member so if anyone here can help push the cancel / refund that be great. if not ill have to wait till monday and call my bank to have them decline it on my end.
Contact customer support team and explain it to them, there is a link on the first page but I doubt you will get a reply before Monday. Try not to log into the other account or use any of the gold member items and you might have to prove both accounts are yours to them, and do not post any info on the forums.
Orcrist9said: Hey, can you guys actually answer the only actual Frequently Asked Question in this FAQ and tell us when the offer expires? Several people have asked that on each page, and based on previous responses to players having billing/account trouble, we know you're reading these. Is it really that big of a bother to just tell us when the offer expires?
Its 2am Saturday and I doubt you will get a reply till Monday as most mods can not log into their accounts outside office hours to post on the forums.
OG Skinbo 1said: Is there anyway to pay with multiple pre-paid cards? I have received 4 $25 visa gift cards recently and would like to buy the 12 month membership, and collectively they are enough to pay for it but individually they are not.
Not sure but can you not use them to buy 4 batches of bonds then use the bonds for membership? It might cost more and may need to top up the amount yourself to make 20
