This is really a plea to Jagex for assistance is there is no support option for this, and Peanut Labs was unhelpful at all. I am at this point super angry and just wanting help

I went throught the earning Runecoins option. One of the deals was to sign up for Hulu. i did not have Hulu so, so this was a affordable way to get runecoins while getting a free trial of a product. It said it was free, which I assumed meant a free month trial or something and then either pay or cancel. I clicked on the link and went through the process.

1. I never received any RuneCoins
2. I was billed for Hulu! It was marked as free.

After this, I went through the actions that was suggested through the help guides on Jagex. I sent feedback and reported the problem to Peanut labs through the link provided in runescape website. I received a generic email from peanut labs stating that they received my request. Not long after, I received another reply with a generic response say I will not receive the credit with not much explanation.

I emailed them back for more details or options to work with them, but they just keep responding back with the same scripted generic response. I doubt that anything even looked into my situation or that they care. Through digging, I found a phone number for their customer support and it only brings you to a voicemail and you never get a response.

Any suggestions, who can help? I am assuming this is something that Jagex/Runescape should assist with at this point but cannot find the support help, or where to go.

Hopefully you got the support you needed and resolution to the matter.

I, for one, will not partake in these freebie offers for coins or keys.
Now, I do understand that some players resort to this method of obtaining keys / coins for game items as that is the only way they can, limited funds available to them.

But for me, nope. First off, they gonna get your email (I have one just for spam and other sites that require an email for access; and a separate email account for actual use.) Then they spam you to death with more offers, trials, surveys, etc. Second, there ongoing persistence of constantly going through different surveys, offers, trials, etc just to complete the offer for the reward you are promised. All they while some even go to require credit / debit card for completion. I do not allow myself to be subjected to the torment of obtaining a few keys or coins with the possibility of being billed for something or getting spammed in email, or even telemarketer calls if asking for phone number. I don't put myself or info out to these types of sites / offers.
