Does pid cause the teleblock to still block players when they teleport at the same game tick as the teleblock landing? Seems as though something could at least be implemented based on who has pid. Remember: the forum help thread rules...

so teleport delay would also cause that "risking it" teleport to also be delayed, and that 1 last hit your enemy has on you might kill you rather then being null upon your teleport. this would change to much and will never pass a poll, and is probably way to much work to even being to implement with engine changes.

Integrity fixes don't need to be polled.
Stop luring PKers outside the wilderness, it's unfair.

When doing clue scrolls, if a player is to fight a clue step boss when in a single combat-zone & is already being attacked. The clue step boss will override the attacking npc & take priority.

This line of code could be applied to PvP possibly?

1. I don't really think this is an issue, or at least not one that is exclusive to magic. This is similar to attacks not landing when the target teleports out. Experience is still granted as if the hit landed, but they teleport away unharmed.

If this is 'fixed,' it should be fixed for all combat styles. Frankly, I don't think it should be fixed, though. In fact, I think protecting you from death despite teleporting was intentional. If you teleport out and then die at your destination, it would suck pretty hard.

2. Attacking players is what causes the skull. Frankly just because they got away doesn't mean you didn't try to kill someone. The skull is deserved.

3. This defeats the purpose of single-combat areas. What you're asking for is for multi-combat. Those zones exist. Go there.

4. Hmm... MAYBE I'd support this, but only in areas in the wilderness. I actually agree that climbing a ladder repeatedly is a sort of cheesy way to break combat. Beyond that, adding a delay doesn't really matter, so it's certainly not a change that should affect the whole world. Doors had a similar update not too long ago, so this one makes sense.
There'd be no need for 3rd party clients if the default one was decent. I vote no to all non-PvP Wilderness updates, and yes to all PvP Wilderness updates. If you want to revive the wilderness, encourage players to PvP, not lure them to the Wilderness to be victims.

No, player's should override an attacking Npc.

You could do this in Classic, & it should've been brought over in the transition.

Think about why that was changed moving forward.
