No one specific we know of. But you're right, they have to be coming from somewhere. "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you[...]For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have?

Maybe the Knights of Falador have it smithed on contract by the dwarfs of Ice Mountain. Originally it was provided to them for free by the Clan Imcando, the master smith Saradominist dwarfs, until the clan's near-extinction at the hands of the barbarian runecrafting crusades...

The few remaining sets of high-quality Imcando-smithed armor are reserved now for the Temple Knights, as the newly manufactured armor, being made by less capable dwarfs, is inferior in quality (though still sturdier than plain human-forged steel).

The Kinshra, meanwhile, have to rely on less willing sources of labor. Such as the dwarfs they have locked up in one of the torture-cells in Taverley Dungeon.

Imcando dwarves meaning that the dwarf that sells the smithing cape knows of the technique's most likely? and i know years ago i thought white armour was blurite armour, thats not a thing then or might they just slip in some blurite to colour the steel bright white??

Again thank you for those who responded

Sorry, let me clarify, most of my post there is just theory/headcanon. The Imcando are/were a Saradominist clan of master smith dwarfs, we know the Knights of Falador gave them a gift of Superheat Item runes at some point, and they *were* nearly wiped out by the crusading barbarians. But the idea that they made the knights their armor isn't canon, just something I came up with. (Also my idea for why Temple Knight armor is stronger than regular white armor) (Although as we know from The Knight's Sword, Sir Vyvin's ancestral sword *was* made by the Imcando)

(Also the Kinshra - the black knights - really do have dwarfs locked up in a horrible torture cell in Taverley Dungeon, but they aren't the only innocents to be imprisoned there, and there are probably too few of them to be making all that black equipment)

Also Could it be A type of Stainless steel since those can have non magnetic properties even at normal temperature

Hmm, I'd personally like to think that stainless steel only exists in the Pincers region of the Eastern Lands, and when we bring it back in ports it's a fantastical and hitherto unseen treasure. I like to think that all the ports resource/trade goods are unique to their specific regions, actually, and unheard of in the west. ...Although in the case of gunpowder, at least, that can't be true, as we do have "black powder" in the west as well.

Re. The Imcando, my theory/idea actually suggested that they made what is currently Proselyte gear - That the current "white" equipment is made by regular non-Imcando dwarfs, which is why it's inferior to Proselyte gear (but still stronger than regular steel). The Imcando-made white armors used to be available to all Knights of Falador, but as it can no longer be made, the remaining sets are reserved for the Temple Knights.

As such the Imcando need not supply the Kinshra, as standard black armor doesn't need the Imcando touch. Unfortunately my theory failed to account for elite black armor, which is actually *even stronger* than Proselyte.

And Voya, the dwarfs don't actually seem to get along too well with Zamorakians either (makes a bit of sense, considering the guy did curse them... Although no dwarf alive remembers that, to be fair).
