So I've come up with a new way of defining factions through branch classifications on your leaning/spot or spectrum inside your faction. Using the Wizards Tower test in your following of a certain faction. I consider myself a 'Grey Saradominist', in that I favour the 'common good', pursuit of knowledge and etc in that I believe in using Saradomin and his means of maintaining/bringing it about. You can label yourself 'Red/Blue/Grey/Green (Insert name of host faction) depending on where your spectrum of following in belief of what is more important for the faction to pursue within? How does this sound?
Think of your faction as a means to what those who score as 'red/blue/grey/green' in the wizard test would value/lean closer to?

Yes, that's what we need, more labels. Now everyone can feel like a special snowflake.
For the record, I identify myself as a Crimson Gold Zamorakian. Because, ironically enough, I resemble a phoenix far more than Armadyl does. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

Why so? Do you mean that you are reborn because you are not as irritating as before?

Armadyl:
-Decided to dress up as a phoenix after coming back from an emo sob session (...caused by not checking Abbinah)
-Is immortal.
Hazeel:
-Is ressurected from his coffin.
-Is Zamorakian and thus associeted with the color red and fire.
-Threatens to burn the land upon rising from his ashes.
-Constantly returns from death during ROTM.
-Is immortal.
-Goes through a process of rebirth every 500 years (just like a phoenix does).
...But that was merely a joke against Armadyl. I'm far too humble to constantly proclaim myself as a phoenix.

Do you want to make a bet about that? (being immortal)

The Mahjarrat are seemingly immortal, in the sense that (provided they attend the Ritual of Rejuvenation) they never die of old age. The only Mahjarrat deaths we know of are Jhallan and the others sacrificed at Rituals, Palkeera and others who fell in battle (a great number during Tumeken's final gambit), or those who died from not being near the Ritual for too long (Nabor, supposedly).

old age for humans is when their dna becomes so discombobulated that their bodies fall apart
old age for mahjarrat is when their batteries get too low, which fortunately for them has a reset switch, unlike humans
so I would say they die of 'old age'... they just have a mechanism that delays that
vampyres and demons, on the other hand, do seem naturally ageless
(I guess you could compare mahjarrat batteries to food and not to age, and then they'd just die of starvation, not of old age. But let me be right for once, please
