old age for humans is when their dna becomes so discombobulated that their bodies fall apart
old age for mahjarrat is when their batteries get too low, which fortunately for them has a reset switch, unlike humans
so I would say they die of 'old age'... they just have a mechanism that delays that
vampyres and demons, on the other hand, do seem naturally ageless
(I guess you could compare mahjarrat batteries to food and not to age, and then they'd just die of starvation, not of old age. But let me be right for once, please )
