My personal crackpot theories:
* We find out the true extent of what Sliske did to us during Kindred Spirits...which may or may not result in Zaros or Zamorak stepping in to offer to 'repair' any World Guardian powers that might have been affected by Sliske's crap, or possibly give us new powers in some form. The outcome may or may not depend on how strong the 2 gods are after your choices during their quests.
* Any encounters between Zamorak and Zaros are most likely going to end up in a stalemate or no real fighting at all. If anyone's going to die, it's sure as hell not two gods who're supposed to be up for an appearance at Sliske's endgame last I checked.
^ Alternatively, one of the two *does* die somehow and the survivor gets an invite to the endgame. But most likely the invite goes to whoever handles Mah.
* Xau-Tak and Ravensworn reference happens. Last 2 quests in the Endgame line had one so why not
* Sliske is definitely gonna benefit from this somehow. I'm guessing a massive power boost from whatever happens. Or maybe a payoff to the whole kidnapping Nomad thing.
* Zamorak's camp is going to start planning to fight the Elders by force or trickery and open that option up for future quests when dealing with the Revision.
Now watch a good 99% of these go horribly wrong in some way
