I'll be as clear as possible about this :
THIS IS NOT A RANT POST ABOUT THE POP UP. This is only about a 1 time offer being usable for more than one time


I've seen this offer before and I enjoy buying keys 50% off



(675 instead of 450 in my case) but so far I have only seen it once per offer and it is stated on the promotional pop up
"can be claimed only once"

but...

I logged out after buying the keys and then logged back in - got the offer again. I clicked it and lo and behold I could buy it a
2nd
time so I did. Went back into the game to check and yes. I had gotten 675 keys both times.

Few hours go buy and I log back in and I see the offer for the
3rd
time so I decided to post it on the forums so I don't get whip lash for abusing some bug. I mean, free keys are nice and all but having account trouble later for bug abuse is not so nice.

Please fix this bug or let me know if it's not a bug and I'll stock up on keys for later use.

on that topic - limited time offers are dumb. I am glad they brought the shadow suits back(not so glad about the drake) and yea... most things done nowadays by Jagex as a whole are cash grabs but we know that. The game makes them money via MTX and not much else. This topic has been mashed and chewed and spat out and... you get the picture.

I just don't want to have to deal with a possible bug abuse issue.

It only gives extra keys if it actually says so on the buying page. Should be under the line with the numbers in grey letters.

ikr? i'm tempted to stock up on keys but for now i only bought 2 packs which i want to save for good promotions.

i asked jagex why not make 3rd party purchasing more accessible via amazon it takes away fraud risk from jagex and puts the actions on amazon

an awesome idea i had but all i got for a response from jagex was:
it takes away part of our margins..
lamest excuse ever considering pixels are cheap+ i hear staff aren't payed well.
and 70m in revenue on a recently reported financial statement isn't enough reason to allow 3rd party vendors to proccess the payments


I don't know nearly enough about the mechanics of the system or the economics behind this but if you say so...
