I spent A LOT of real life money so I could collect ALL of the new outfits but I didn't get:

"Note - If you complete all the outfits then you will be rewarded instead with either a large lamp or large star for the skill represented by that day's outfit. On the final day, the prize will be a large XP star or lamp for any of the skills counted for across the promo."

I was on the 5th through the 10th. No special lamps or stars after I got all the outfits...

How many keys did you have leftover after completing all the outfits? Also, what items were you receiving after the outfits were finished then if you weren't receiving lamps and stars?

I completed all the outfits during the promotion as well and I was receiving the lamps and stars, they weren't anything special just standard lamps and stars correlating to Runecrafting, Fishing, Thieving, and Dungeoneering, some were generic too. _.•´¯`•._.•´¯`•.* D E L A Y *.•´¯`•._.•´¯`•._
