Didn't recieve 75 bonus keys

When I logged in I had a popup telling me that if I bought 75 keys I would receive a bonus 75 for free. So I tried buying it off the Jagex website but had a problem with my card not allowing foreign purchases. So I used Jagex's amazon page and bought the 75 keys there but as the title suggests I did not get the bonus keys. Basically I'm asking if because I bought the keys off amazon that the promotion is invalid or if there is someone that could help me receive the promotion I thought I was buying.
