Between disappearing keys, keys not credited, and items not being delivered, Treasure Hunter is becoming an awful joke.

TWICE in the last month, I've been cheated out of keys, reporting it in-game as you are supposed to, but with no corrections, & no attempts to credit missing keys.

The latest, most infuriating error bug, was when a rare item came up, but suddenly disappeared because it was theoretically "frozen." THIS WAS A HUGE ERROR. I had used 2 (AND ONLY TWO) hearts of ice, both on COMMON (white) items. I had used none on RARE (red) items, yet that's what disappeared from the chest only to give me a rather commonplace yellow.

I can't believe you are running a promotion in which you suggest that people pay $50 or more for these keys, when the program doesn't even work as advertised!

It sounds to me like you blocked a white level prize, then didn't change the skill blocked and used another key, at which point the prize for the skill had changed from a white level star to a rare item, which was then rerolled.

This is a problem with Treasure Hunter, you don't get to block specific prize levels you only get to block specific skills or categories, so if you don't change what is blocked every time, you could very well end up blocking a rare prize.

Thank you, Transcendent, but I'm WAY careful with that. Before using any key, I make sure to clear ALL freezes, then check each individual category and skill. Besides, the rare I lost was from a skill/category on which I NEVER use a freeze.
