As we all know, in Treasure Hunter we can redeem either 1 key or 10 keys at one time. If you choose the 10 at a time option, there is a problem. The reward categories frozen are good for only the first of the 10 chests open. After that, the mechanics of Treasure Hunter are to (without you seeing it, or being told/warned) refresh the list of prizes, yet keep the same slots frozen. So many times after your first chosen chest and frozen category combo, you are freezing out items you do want, and at the same time unable to freeze out the items that you do NOT want.

This has been a problem since forever, and I never commented as I assumed this would be fixed after a bit of time. But it has been far too long. Treasure Hunter should be fixed so that the prizes offered on the first screen, and the user-chosen freeze outs, should count for all 10 keys/chests in a 10-at-a-time selection.

If you are worried about people waiting for the 100,000,000 coins prize to come up and just do 10, then modify the game a bit so that if a Blue or Red prize is won, it is no longer available and replaced with a new random selection.

I agree. I hate that if I block a small star, it can then change to a another item I might want such as protean planks, silverhawk feathers, springs, or whatever.

The problem here is we can block a skill but not specific items, such as small stars or XP items while not blocking items with a GP value or useful such as protean items.

I want to block small stars but not block silverhawk feathers for example.
Hi.

The ironic thing is, I would probably be buying far more keys if I wasn't forced to do them one at a time. I would do the 10-at-a-time and burn through my keys faster and be likely to buy more.

There are times I would be interested in using a ton of keys on a promotion, but all it takes is getting that Huge Cooking Lamp on keys 2-10 to remind me that 10-at-a-time is p*ssing away keys.

I mean, the stored procedure for this idea isn't very hard. You're talking 1-2 manhours to alter the already existing ones. It pretty much writes itself, as you are likely shrinking the size of the procedure.
