Looks nice! Very Minas Tirith!

My only issue is that it's still very close to Catherby. Is there no chance we could move the whole land mass north a bit? Say to, just below the bridge onto the Fremmenik province. Then after a while make the Province say twice as wide and tall.. just spacing things out a bit would make the world feel that bit more epic.

Just a boy who had to sing this song.

I don't think that is possible. That is a massive amount of work and coding and I don't think the entire runescape team would have enough budget to do that. That is far more work than one may think. it is about the same distance as Falador and Taverly or Port Sarim and Draynor and other places in the area.

This is the Ninja Team, so that isn't something they would do. I am afraid we will have to wait for Runescape 4 in order for that to happen, or get a new continent like Zeah.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

This looks awesome! I cannot wait. Reworking old areas are among my favourite kind of update!

Because it's a village, it should definitely have a duck pond in there somewhere. And maybe some hedges. B)

Ok, this is another outline a came up with after looking at it more and seeing other people's comments. It is basically the same, but I adjusted the added water and what not. Not sure what else to add. But this outline makes it really feel like a village in my opinion.

~ Blue lines in the north - Added Water. Again this can just be an extension of the lake or a river or stream all the way across.

~ Brown line across the blue lines - Bridge goign across.

~ Grey line - Added Road textures.

~The Orange Square - New Hop Patch to replace the one north that the river goes over. I don't think it is game breaking there. It isn't like many people plant hops, usually when they do, it is just to fill the patch, but not actually pick them.

~ Black Arrow - Indication to move building down or extend it. (No need to move it down if the Hops patch and picnic tables and fountain are added)

~ All light purple squares/rectangles - Picnic tables. Mainly cosmetic, but if possible, the ability to sit on them, or add NPCs sitting on them. (Note: The south ones and pond could be moves over closer to the Flax Fields, but I didn't want to block that path too much.)

~ All blue circles - are fountains or ponds. The two north circles are more likely fountains on each side of the bank and the one further down is a pond.

~ Small Yellow/Green Square in the south part - Gazebo for decoration or maybe allowing us to sit there.

~ Yellow/Green Rectangle near other square - Building for Home Agency or Firemaking Master.

~ Pink Square - A female bard, playing a flute. (Obviously this could be anything, but I think a Flute would match)

~ Darker purple rectangles with lines through them - I think needs to be removed.

~ I don't see them on the map so may be done, but I think the 3 Jail Cells near the current pub and lodestone should be removed. It doesn't match the theme at all. So The tramp, Security Guard, 3 jails cells and rotten tomato stand would all be removed.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.

Stop moving buildings around or it will end up just like Catherby, a generic village that is no longer recognizable as the place it was before. The mountain textures in Catherby still look horrible as well, no need to spread them further.

Was Catherby ever really that iconic? If say Lumbridge was completely rearranged maybe I'd agree with you (note how in the Falador rework virtually nothing moved around). The new Catherby is no longer flat and IMO has far more character than the old (the guy telling you about "Lovely fresh fruit and veg!" helps).

Make sure you remember that Seers' Village is a SEERS' village. Don't make it look like a generic town.

And make sure the bank and the elemental workshop (anvil) buildings are still there, and that all buildings are close to each other so that the village feels small and compact.

Actually, where's the bank on the above picture?

Agree with Aquamancer: make closer & more compact, focus on the SEER's theme, and make the massive McGrubor's wood smaller (as it is very large for what is essentially useless content)

On the other hand, please graphically rework the actual COURT ROOM, take it out of the basement, and make it larger and more grand.

Catherby looks 1000% better than it did before and it was my favorite town out of runescape. And yes, at one point, Catherby was Iconic at one point. It was the fishing capitol of the member's world for the longest time.

I agree with what others are saying about focusing on the 'Seer' in the name, but I kinda like the large McGrubor's Woods. I really don't think it needs to be smaller. We need more wooded areas not full of buildings. If you were to make it smaller, there would no longer be a reason to call it McGrubor's Woods.

I am not sure if the Village needs to be more compact. Originally I thought it should be closer together, but I like the new layout better. I am not a big fan of the buildings just setting on the side of the road on both sides as if a robot built them all the same way.

Also, is it at all possibly to move the Lady of the Lake to one of the three lakes above Seer's/Camelot? She is very very very out of place in Taverley/Falador.
Come the Sixth-Age, the world will need the World Guardian.
