When I rewrote the interface to have smoother clicking, I applied the generic button-press sound, instead of using the PIN's old unique beep. Someone asked if I'd put it back. It shouldn't really have changed in the first place, so I did it.

It passed, but has not yet been implemented. I think Mod Reach has made a start.

Apart from that, I've dug out Mod Alfred's Clan Wars Classic map and re-installed that in the test servers, where it seems to be working. I've also reprogrammed all the potion decanting stuff, and implemented a first draft of the Amulet of the Damned. These are ready for testing, and I'd hope to see them out next week. Might do the Flamtaer bag too.

We occasionally run temporary community events for a week or two, then remove them again. Like the goblin raids, and the gnome beach party last year, or even the Anti-Santa events last Christmas. The Well is just a temporary addition for the holidays like those.

Tbh, I'd rather have less stuff coming from shops and more coming from player activities. When we've increased shop supplies by adding those packs of 100x items, we generally do it for items that cannot become available from player activities in anything like the required quantities. Such as vials and fishing bait. But I'm not keen to remove legitimate player activities in favour of shop supplies.

Maybe some kind of upgraded form of gem rocks? Or perhaps some colour-coded monsters that drop just the selected type of gem with appropriate rarity? But either way, I'd really prefer it not to be a matter of spending cash in a shop.

This. Also, whenever we've polled changes to make content more accessible for pures or other low-level players, they never get a lot of support, so I'm not looking to re-poll the Ape Atoll thing either.

Realistically, we're not likely to be able to recreate all the GFX for those skills in any reasonable time-frame. There was a whole team of artists working on Summoning back in 2007-8 for months, and Dungeoneering's even bigger. Consider all the custom models, animations, spell effects, scenery, etc. Effectively, we could spend all year doing nothing except developing Summoning. And possibly even longer for Dungeoneering.

Now, if we were to create similar content, but not trying to be the exact same thing, that'd be more feasible because we wouldn't have to recreate all the details. So Mod Reach's idea for raid dungeons on the new continent might have a few similarities to Dungeoneering, but it'd also leave him scope to design new things and make the grouping work more flexibly, etc.

Personally, I'd rather do something new. Sailing anyone?

All three. When you unlock it, you get it on all three spellbooks. Same requirements, same runes.

If you had a QP cape, but didn't have any level 99 skills, the emote button on the emotes list would be greyed out. But you could still click it to perform the QP cape emote regardless. The button now highlights correctly if you've got max QP.
