We'd be more than happy to put a cave there like before. In fact Jed recreated its map once for a personal project. (I don't know what his actual plan was, though.) We might not be offering to recreate all the ghosts' exact models & animations from RS3, though the appearance of the ghosts was never really the interesting point anyway.
The question is what the creatures would drop. Brawler gloves have had a pretty controversial response when discussed before. There's always the armours & weapons they dropped in 2011+ - depending on whether players would be happy for those to exist in OSRS. Some probably would; others may not.
Your thoughts on that matter would be of use to us, though not necessarily in a thread about a POH jewellery box
