I'm pretty sure none of these Changes apply to Permanent Deadman w345. As you can see the changes are posted under 'The Deadman Winter Season'.

Most of these changes are great, such as chinchompas, POH portals, quest compeletion, etc.

The new per day exp cap is going to be disastrous though. Brews usually come in around day three.. It'll be impossible to kill people on sharks and brews with only 1.5M combat exp, it became hard enough on 3M...

I know that you guys want to make the mode easier for players that aren't able to play all day, but the changes to exp rates outside of safezones will already accomplish this. Lowering the exp cap this far will only make pking extremely difficult, which I believe is counter-productive to the point of trying to get players to spend more time pking.

In past updates changes have been added to the permanant world without notice. Such as 50 xp for stats lost on death.
