Hi I just managed to recover an old account of mine. Apparently it was stolen through my google account locked passwords...
Anyway, it is now permanently banned since the account was involved with botting and macroing... I ask you to help me out with this case, I am looking forward to be playing on my old account again! Sincerely Joel
You need to do two things: 1. Read the information on the Account Bans support page and submit a formal appeal against the ban. 2. Review your security while you wait for a response to the appeal. The Securing your account support page has a very comprehensive list of instructions to work through. Good luck with your ban appeal!
I send an appeal but I haven't recieved any respond from you guys yet, I am abit worried! I wasn't able to describe the case on the appeal page, so I am not sure if they would understand the someone else got my account banned... Any suggestions on what I should do?

It can take up to 14 days for the appeal to be checked. If 14 days passes and you have not had a response post back.
Hi, I really started to wonder what was going on since it took so long. But after logging in to the banned account it was apparently reviewed the same day I send appeal. This was the following message that I recieved:
Hi there, We're contacting you as a ban appeal has recently been submitted for this account.
After a comprehensive review of this account, there is no evidence to suggest the ban was applied in error and so will not be returning this account to play.
Our decision is final and any repeated attempts to appeal this ban will be denied.
As described in our terms and conditions the account creator is responsible for the account's behaviour, so you are more than welcome to create a new account and start afresh, and would strongly advise you to read the RuneScape rules to avoid similar issues in the future.

I am not sure where I could chat with someone online as "online support" so I will still try here. But oh well I really need some help now. What do I do? How can I prove that my account was stolen and I just recovered it as it was banned. I am definitely worried since I even have to to contact you here and it feels like I have everyone against me for some reason.
Well certainly there has to be some way to prove it. Ip adress isn't the same, location and how different the playtime on timezone must be when there is an other user... Can you take this further on to a supporter? Should I say login name here?
