I've been hacked twice this year and you won't do anything, i'm sick of losing my items and gold that ive work hard for over years of trying to save up for. This is the worst possible forum to post in if you want Jagex Staff attention. There's a special Account Help forum for a reason.
2. Jagex can't do anything about YOUR security. It's down to YOU to - use a Bank PIN and the Authenticator - make sure that you don't use 3rd-party clients that steal your login data - not visit fake (phishing) sites promising free giveaways - not get infected by viruses, trojans or drive-by malware (website scripts).
There's plenty of information to help you, as Skod River has already pointed out, but ultimately the responsibility is YOURS.

It's up to you to "fix this issue", not Jagex. They don't have a Magic Button to provide security on your PC, you need to research how to do it yourself.
If you've been hijacked - you've left a door open somewhere. Before anything else you need to run a scan with a good cleaner to see and remove whatever nasties you may have picked up, Malwarebytes is a good start.
When you are sure your PC is clear of spyware etc., ... then you start with the new password, bank PIN, 2-step authentications etc.
Ditch your third party client, stop being lazy and clicking on links, run regular scans ... Jagex aren't responsible for your sloppy housekeeping. You are.

as i fully understand that is up to me to make a safe password and protect it. i still feel upset that someone who has had this account for a long time and payed into membership for years that i cant even get an email back from jagex to help me, a simple review over this issue and to help the players make sure their account is secure should be an issue. i can work and make gold back but being ignored and pushed to the side is poor service. i always have regular scans and make sure everything is clean, i have more work and personal things on my computer than just a game to worry about. I DO NOT use any form of third party cleintel on my computer nor need to, the idea of immediately being told "stop being lazy" and "sloppy housekeeping" is a disgusting way to respond to a issue and is in poor taste to feel the need to to post it. Once again im more conserned that jagex cant even take 5 minutes to reply to basic email on account issues.
