Hello RS Forum,

I've been trying to recover my OSRS account that I registered this year but somehow I forgot the password (at least I've tried every single password that I currently use but none of them are working) and I lost access to the registered email..

So I tried to appeal for a password reset yet I'm getting denied every single time cause they want me to send in
Your creation password
The earliest password you can remember
The password you've had for the longest

I've given them 3 different variations of passwords that I use and they still deny me.
I told them I have access to the authenticator for the account (shouldn't this be proof enough that I own the account)
I have the transaction ID from purchasing Membership and yet I'm being denied cause they want me to give them a password that I have forgotten.. (again, shouldn't this be enough?)

So now, I'm wondering if there's anything else I could do or any potential way of getting in contact with their support that's not through their appeals.

- Not sure if this is the place for it and if not, then sorry.

I had thought if I couldn't recover my account I would just start making a new one incase I get denied again and that's when I realised why I couldn't login on my account.

Special characters are not allowed in the password so I just had to remove those and I have access again now (god im stupid..) but I still gotta figure out if they can change the email for me :)

I would suggest you to look into this page :

Since it toke so long before you got a reply , is that a good sign , because that tells US that you are getting past the Auto Check.

Look into their deny reply to see their reason of deny and what information they want you to improve.
That feedback you got was from a Staff member , so you need to work from there.

Just because you do have Auth set up , is that not a Sign of you are the creator of the account , but only that you do have access to it.

That is good , but then would i suggest you to look into this page :

Meaning you need to do a full recovery of the account , since you don't have access to the registered email for your account.
